Former CSKA Moscow boss, Valery Gazzaev is confident Aleksandr Golovin has already signed a contract with the Blues.
The Russia star is still at the World Cup with the host nation at present, as they prepare for their last eight tie with Croatia.
Gazzaev who won the Europa League with CSKA Moscow back in 2005, appears to have confirmed the deal.
“As far as I know, he’s already signed a contract with Chelsea. I think they’re a good option for him.
“It’s a big responsibility for him, but one that he’s prepared for.”
According to www.express.co , Roman Abramovich is said to have played a big role in the deal, persuading his fellow countryman that a move to England was the right call.
