Nigerian-born midfielder Solomon Ime Udo is on the verge of completing a move from Shirak FC to Ararat Yekevan.
Ararat plays in the Armenian Premier league, the same as Udo’s current club Shirak FC.
Our sources at #dailysportcast disclosed that the deal to take Solomon Udo to Yekevan is 80% done.
Ararat finished behind Solomon Udo’s Shirak FC as the former have identify Udo as their midfield solution.
The 24-year old Udo got an upgrade in his career last week as he received an invitation to the Armenia National team to play alongside the likes of former Manchester United’s Henrick Mhikitaryan.
However, Udo failed to make a debut in both wins against North Mercidonia and Estonia, as he was an unused sub in both games.
The midfielder has shown his worth in the league as he was key in Shirak’s fourth-place finish last season, the reason Ararat wants him.
He will have to leave Shirak on a good note as his return when the league resumes with a different jersey will either make or mar his performance.
