Wolverhampton Wanderers’ winger Adama Traore may miss the premier league opener if a second test on Coronavirus returns positive.
The winger tested positive at the weekend and a second test is to be conducted on Tuesday for the purpose of emphasis.
Traore is on International duty with Spain as they prepare to take on Germany and Ukraine as the Europe Nations league returns.
But the 24-year old could miss the double header if the second test is positive.
Wolves play Sheffield United as their first premier league game of the 2020/2021 season on September 14, and Traore if Positive will miss the game due to isolation protocols.
Wolves finished seventh last season, same points with 2019 Champions league finalist Tottenham and will want to build on that strong finish in the coming seasons.
