AC Milan Sporting director Frederic Massara has stressed the club is doing everything in their power to make Ante Rebic’s loan move permanent.
The forward, signed from Eintracht Frankfurt on a two-season long loan struggled for life in the first half of the season, but has been superb since after December for the club.
Milan, according to the Director who are impressed with his performance are looking at the possibility of making his loan deal permanent for the start of next season.
“We are evaluating the possibility of immediately bringing him on a permanent deal,” Massara said at a press conference. “We hope the conditions are in place to do so.
“We are very happy with his performances. In the second half, he was extraordinary. We hope to sign him on a permanent basis.”
The 26-year old Croatian International scored 12 goals in 30 appearances for Milan, the reason the club wants to retain him.
