Manchester United are reportedly set to land Bayern rebel Thiago Alcantara this summer, according to Spanish publication.
The Spanish midfielder was reported yesterday to have put up his house in Munich for sale at €12m.
Fueling more speculation about his unwillingness to stay in the city.
Thiago’s contract is set to expire next summer and has failed to agree on a new one.
And Bayern are understood to want to cashi-in on the player instead of him leaving free next summer.
The Bavarians value Thiago at £36m as earlier reports showed they rejected Liverpool’s £16m bid.
United’s manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is understood to be looking out for another midfielder.
The Spanish midfielder was a target to former United boss David Moyes.
But he later opted to sign for Bayern instead of the Red Devils.
Despite their strong statement in the league since restart, they were linked to Birmingham youngster Jude.
But it appears he is out of United’s reach as Dortmund appears close to signing him.
The 29-year old Thiago is also a target for United neighbours city and Liverpool.
