Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford will later this summer receive a honorary degree at University of Manchester.
The forward will be awarded for his excellent work to the less vulnerable children.
The 22-year old will be the youngest to receive this award after Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Bobby Charlton.
Rashford played a heroic part in bringing the government back into helping the poor children who cannot afford school.
He was applauded by his boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who reacted “We’re so proud of Marcus”.
“And I’ve said it a few times, but what a great person he is and great human being who cares so much more about others than himself, very proud of him and hopefully he’ll keep his personality for the rest of his life; just keep on being yourself.” The Norwegian added.
Rashford who is on superb form this season, scoring 21 times will travel with the team to face Place tomorrow.
