Manchester United new man Bruno Fernandes has been named June premier league player of the month award after yet another fantastic month with the Old Trafford club.
The former Lisbon man has become only the first Man United player to win a two consecutive premier league player of the month since Crisitiano Ronaldo did in November/December 2006
Fernandes arrived Manchester from Lisbon for a reported £68m fee and has since been a revelation for the club having not lost a single game in a United shirt.
The 25-year old midfielder has been superb for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men, breaking a club record of becoming the first player to contribute to 13 goals in his first 10 games, scoring seven with six assists.
Fernandes has started this month with three assists already and two goals, setting the pace for yet another contention for the award.
