Italian side AS Roma wants a player-plus cash deal from Arsenal for forward Kluivert.
Roma insist they want €10-15 million-plus Mkhitaryan in exchange of their attacker.
Arsenal insist that both players are at the same valuation as they plan to use the Armenian International to get the Dutchman.
Kluivert turned 21 last month and Mhiki is ten years older than him, hence the former should be more valuable than later according to Roma.
Justin Kluivert, son of Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert scored seven goals with a couple of assists in 27 appearances for the Giallorossi this season, Mkhitaryan who was on loan has scored six goals with four assists in 20 appearances for the Serie A side.
Arsenal who are appearing to rebuild for the future considering their poor run of form will want to add the 21-year old to their books as part of a project for tomorrow.
